Shipping & Return Policy

- Shipment processing time:

ALL ORDERS WILL BE SHIPPED THE SAME DAY IF PLACED BEFORE 2:00 PM

All orders are processed within 1 business day. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays unless Customer asks and pays for Saturday delivery. 

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone. 

- Shipping rates & delivery estimates:

Economy shipping (5-8 business days) is free for our customers.

The customer will pay for all other available shipment methods, such as expedited or overnight shipment method.

Delivery delays can occasionally occur.

Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses 

Luxora ships to addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses. 

- Shipment confirmation & Order tracking:

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

 - Customs, Duties and Taxes:

Luxora is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

- Returns:

We hope you love what you ordered. But in case you don’t – we’ll send you a new product or issue a quick refund.

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

 - Damages and Issues:

 Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we may evaluate the issue and make it right.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

 - Exchanges:

 The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

 - Refunds:

 We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return to let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
